Brain Yoga

This 30 Second Exercise Really Does Make a Difference!

This short exercise, known as “brain yoga,” can be done throughout the day to improve memory and brain power.  It involves holding the right ear lobe with the left hand and the left ear lobe with the right
hand, then bending your knees as you do doing 3 gentle squats.

If squatting is physically difficult, you can sit in a chair and lean over. The squats themselves need not be deep or difficult. Most people notice marked improvements in their brain function when they take brain yoga seriously and do as many as 20 times throughout the day.

It only takes 30 seconds at most and best of all is a free, effective
therapy.
